I am a road runner/cross country/OCR/track athlete, will this team be for me?
We coach runners and endurance athletes of all shapes and sizes. Our coaches have a specialty in coaching mountain, ultra, and trail athletes but Pinnacle Running Coaches have decades of experience coaching marathoners, cross country runners, and track athletes.
What is the difference between the team membership and the Team Membership with coaching?
With the Pinnacle Running Team membership our coaches will set you up with a training training plan delivered through Final Surge, but day to day training will be self guided. Athletes will be responsible for updating training as necessary with the help of the Pinnacle Running Training Guide.
Coached Athletes will work one-on-one with an expert coach to set awesome goals, plan racing seasons as well as of season training. Coaches will assist in making adjustments to training as well as race day planning.
How do I access my training plan?
After signing up, we will look over your runner profile, assign a coach, and your coach will invite you to join the Pinnacle Running Team on Final Surge. Yes, we do this process manually with each athlete to learn as much as possible about each athlete, and this can take up to 24 hours (or longer if your coach is in the middle of 100 miler.) Once you accept the invitation we will set you up with a training plan based upon the info in your runner profile.
My running goals have changed, how do I change my training plan?
If you are adding '“B” races to your plan you can refer to the information in the Pinnacle Running Training Guide to help you adjust your plan. If your “A” race has changed please fill out our New Goals form and your coach will help you out.
I have a question. How do I connect with my coach?
If you have a question, chances are other athletes do too. Please ask in the Mountain, Ultra, Trail Running Facebook Group.
How do I upgrade/downgrade my Pinnacle Running Team membership?
Just click “sign up” and follow the steps. In your runner profile let us know that you are upgrading/downgrading and we will cancel your other recurring payment.
How do I cancel my membership?
